Last updated October 26, 2026. Plain-English terms for the "Get Found" service by TechEPM ("we"), for the business owner who buys it ("you").
For $249 (one-time) you get a one-page mobile website, connection to your domain, Google Business Profile setup or cleanup, basic on-page local SEO, and a free HandyMatch listing, as described on our offer page. Additional pages or features are quoted separately before any work starts.
Third-party setup costs, mainly your domain name (typically about $10–15 per year), are paid by us up front and billed to you at cost, with no markup, on top of the $249. The domain is registered in your name (you are the registrant/owner). Renewal is yearly at the registrar's price. With upkeep, we remind you and handle it, billing the renewal at cost. Without upkeep, you renew it yourself. We will not buy anything else on your behalf without your written OK.
We show you a preview first, free. You pay only after you approve it, by card through a secure Stripe payment link. We never see or store your card number.
We launch within 7 days after payment and after you send any content we ask for (photos, services, hours). Up to 2 rounds of changes before launch are included.
You confirm the information you give us (services, licenses, service area, prices) is accurate. We do not write reviews, testimonials, or license claims for you, and we may decline content that is misleading or unlawful.
Google decides verification and ranking. You, as the owner, complete verification and keep owner access, and we are added as a manager. We cannot guarantee search rankings, calls, or a specific number of customers.
Your site is hosted on a free static-hosting platform at no monthly cost to you. If you cancel upkeep or want to leave, we give you the site files and you keep the domain.
$25/month, billed monthly by Stripe, covers up to 30 minutes of updates a month, one Google profile update, domain-renewal reminders, and fixes. Unused time does not roll over. Cancel any time by email, effective at the end of the paid month. No cancellation fee.
If we have not launched your site, you can cancel for a full refund of the $249. The domain cost is refundable only if the registrar refunds it. After launch, the setup fee is non-refundable, but we will fix anything that doesn't match what we agreed.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not responsible for outages or changes by third parties (Google, registrars, hosting providers).
